The production line is designed for “Pin” shape layout, one drag three structure, adapt to a wider range, more convenient adjustment, can maximize the function of the robot. It has three sets of clamping system, which can realize automatic loading and unloading of tube material and bar material within 125mm outside diameter, covering most of the company's existing products.
In the process of production, in order to prevent the equipment adjustment time is too long to affect the efficiency, the robot equipment adopts car storage mechanism, each car can store 16 blanks, another car as exchange to achieve seamless product connection. When replacing the product, the program can be directly retrieved and fast switching, no need to readjust, completely solve the problem of matching non-standard small batch processing and automatic production mode. After actual testing, the production line can realize unattended, from the previous one person takes care of two machines to one person takes care 4-5 machines, processing efficiency and labor efficiency have been significantly improved.
