The company developed the ball cage type universal coupling

The company developed backup roll unit and non-standard bearing series.

Y.2004

BOYA wholly-owned subsidiary Xiangyang Zhenben Transmission Co., Ltd. (Changhong production base) was found and put into operation.

Y.2005

The wholly-owned subsidiary BOYA Machinery Co., Ltd. was found and put into operation

Y.2006

The company's sales revenue exceeded 50 million yuan

Y.2007

The production base of Auto Park Industrial has been completed and put into operation

Y.2008

The company's sales revenue exceeded 100 million yuan

Y.2009

BOYA (Xiangzhou) equipment manufacturing base put into production

The company's first production line was delivered to customer, and  trial was trialed successfully one time.

Y.2010

BOYA company celebrated its 10th anniversary

Y.2011

The company completed share reform, renamed Xiangyang BOYA Precision Industrial Equipment Co., Ltd

Y.2012

The company officially launched new manufacture base in high-tech zone "Shenzhen Industrial Park"

Y.2013

The employees of the company was awarded the "National Labor Medal of 1st May " by All-China Federation of Trade Unions.

The company's boutique strategy was established, which opened the transformation and reform of BOYA Company, and stepped into a new chapter of BOYA "boutique" route.

Y.2015

The chairman of BOYA, Mr Li, was awarded the honor of

"expert who will get the special government allowance " by the State Council of the People's Republic of China because of had made outstanding contributions to the development of China's manufacturing industry.

The company is officially listed in the national SME share transfer system

Y.2016

30 sets of equipment have been signed with Baosteel to build "model project", and the company's "high-quality products" strategy has been steadily promoted

Y.2017

"BOYA " has been awarded as China's well-known trademark

The company was identified as "National Intellectual Property Advantage Enterprise".

Y.2018

CCTV " ingenuity" team came to BOYA, focusing on BOYA " originality ", "craftsman", " Boutique Product"

The company's patents won the China Patent Excellence Award

Y.2019

BOYA Coupling plant "CNC operation team" was awarded as "National Workers Pioneer"by the All-China Federation of Trade Unions.

The after-sale service group of the company won the honorary title of "Advanced Collective of National Machinery Industry".

In 2020, the Gem Ipo of Shenzhen Stock Exchange Was Approved.

In April 2021, BOYA was listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange
