Relying on our specialized laboratories and pilot‑scale platforms, we systematically conduct research across the entire lifecycle from material forming to equipment, centered on the “Three-Precision” Processes (precision forming, precision control, precision equipment) and intelligent equipment. Breakthroughs have been made in key processes such as rolling stability of ultra-high-strength steel, tension control of ultra-thin strip, and surface treatment of new-energy functional materials, with some indicators reaching internationally advanced levels. Meanwhile, we are integrating AI and digital twin technologies into production lines to achieve process self-optimization and predictive maintenance, bringing “unmanned, intelligent, and green” operations from concept to the workshop. To date, Boya has invested over 500 million CNY to build an R&D testing center and pilot‑scale platform, laying a solid foundation for providing industry customers with more efficient, reliable, and intelligent equipment solutions.”

On the evening of August 19, the “2026 Cold-Rolled Strip Expert Symposium” was held.
